Miracle Ride wraps up charity event at Indiana Live!

Approximately $300,000 was raised this year, adding to the $3.25 million raised by Miracle Ride since 1994. It was the first time Indiana Live!, one of eight title sponsors who donated $25,000 to the Miracle Ride, served as host for the closing ceremonies.

Indiana Live! Casino Chief Financial Officer Fred Burford, who participated in the ride from Allison Transmission, another event sponsor, welcomed riders to the casino following lunch.

Radio personalities Bob & Tom of the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Radio Show helped raffle fund-raising items and oversaw drawings for several motorcycles.

Funds were also raised at Indiana Live! Casino through the sale of raffle tickets for a 2011 Harley-Davidson Sportster® 1200 and a Honda Rancher Four Wheeler.

A group of Indiana Live! Casino employees were among the motorcyclists taking part in the event.
