Two other major players who have experience over the strip are Soldat (ranked 8th) and Gourmet Dinner (ranked 11th). Soldat enters the race off a 10 ¾ length victory over the slop in Allowance Company while Gourmet Dinner will try to improve upon his third place finish in the GIII one-mile Holy Bull Stakes. Trainer Nick Zito who trains the Holy Bull winning Dialed In (ranked 3rd) announced his star pupil will forgo the Fountain of Youth but is still pointing towards the April 3rd Florida Derby. Other race contenders include Bowman’s Causeway, Caspers Touch and Shackleford.
