Blue Jays shock sports betting fans with Red Sox win

The Toronto Blue Jays no doubt surprised sports betting fans by rolling out of Fenway Park with a 9-7 win last night (July 4th).Many sports betting fans will have expected the Red Sox to exploit their home field advantage and come out on top against their American League East divisional colleagues from Canada.But the Blue Jays had other ideas, led by a player with something to prove after a period in the minor leagues.Travis Snider had only been recalled from Triple-A one day beforehand, but then went on to hit three doubles and drive a pair to give the Blue Jays the victory.Team manager John Farrell said that Sniders hard work in the minors has paid off.”You could see the work and commitment he made when he went down to Las Vegas. I think weve seen him get in a much better place to get to balls down over the plate,” he said.The Canadian team will now look to replicate their performance in a rematch at Fenway Park tonight (July 5th), although sports betting fans will be backing the Sox to get their revenge.
