The Toronto Blue Jays surprised sports betting enthusiasts by pulling off a stunning victory against the New York Yankeses last night (July 14th).After a weeks break from the Major League for the All Star game, the team from Canada shocked sports betting enthusiasts by racing out of the blocks with a massive eight-run first innings.The Blue Jays added another score in the second and although the Yanks ran in four in the third, they never came close to making up the deficit, eventually falling 16-7.Right fielder Eric Thames said that the week break for the Blue Jays left the whole squad feeling refreshed and ready to go.He explained: “A lot of guys went home to see their families and kind of got a second wind.”We were able to rest and sleep all day and get the energy back. Im happy to see it, because we were swinging the bats well in Cleveland, and we carried it on to the second half.”The win will have even up the sports betting odds somewhat ahead of the rematch between the two sides at Rogers Centre tonight (July 15th).
